Parking for visitors
There are various car parks located around the University. But it is essential that you either obtain a parking permit or pay for a parking ticket as the car parks are patrolled by rangers.
NIASRA is located in building 39C.
Available car parks
There are 8 major car parks around the campus. The closest one to building 39C is P8, followed by P7, followed by P2.
Please observe the signs in the car park. There are different areas for permit holders (regular car park users) and ticket holders (intermittent users purchasing a ticket).
In P8, the closest car park, ticket holders should park in the southern most area of the car park, nearest to Northfields ave.
We have available free car park vouchers for visitors. The voucher is ‘scratchy’ based, where you scratch out the date details, then leave on the car dash board, visible to rangers.
We also have a visitors car spot in Building 39C. Please organise access with Anica or Karin.
Getting to NIASRA
The entrance to our office in building 39C is the through the western doors, locally known as the ‘Horse’s head’. (Don’t ask about the name of the eastern entry.)
The NIASRA offices are located on the second floor, which can be accessed by lift or atrium stairs.
If you take the lift, select the 3rd floor button. On exiting the lift, turn right, and our door is immediately to the right. If you take the stairs, our door is immediately to the left at the top of the stairs.
If you need to contact the NIASRA office, please call your contact, Karin Karr (4221 5016), or Michele Boatswain (4221 5435).
